Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will investigate and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of our terms and may result in:

Shipping & Delivery Delays
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx), customs processing, or weather-related events. These circumstances are out of our control and do not qualify for a refund or chargeback.
